Roscoe Manor (Insulated Dog House)

I wanted to make sure that when it gets cold or wet Roscoe, my blue heeler, has a nice place to stay warm and cozy. I built a 2x4 base frame that sits about 3" off the ground on 4x4 treated wood blocks. The house frame is 2x2 studs with plywood walls filled with spray foam insulation. The roof is made with plywood and shingles. During the winter I also have a cloth door covering to block the wind. At some point in the future I might add central heat and air to his house but for now he mostly just enjoys laying on the front porch
